Shipping and returns

After the order is completed and payed, we will send the products with Chronopost, or the national Correio in Portugal.

We ship within 3 - 14 working days, depending on stock.

Shipping prices:

If you don't have a Portugese address, please enter our address (listed below) at checkout and pick up your order at our warehouse.

The customer makes an order and does the payment.
We initiate the delivery process.
The products sent from our warehouse, packed and duly protected for the carrier.
We forward the order with Chronopost International. Remember that in the value of the order already is enclosed the freight.
The customer receives and signs for receipt of the merchandise.

After we ship, we will send you a track&trace-code so you can track your order at www.chronopost.pt
